1. Digital Products and Services

All services provided by GCMS-Canada.ca, including but not limited to GCMS notes retrieval, and document review, are classified as digital products and services. Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Order Processing

Upon receipt of your order, we begin the processing immediately to ensure timely delivery of our services. Due to the nature of our digital products and the capacity as well as the performance of the Government agencies being requested, once the process has begun, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

3. Accuracy of Information

To ensure the accuracy and efficacy of our services, customers are responsible for providing correct and complete information at the time of placing the order. GCMS-Canada.ca is not liable for delays or incorrect results arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that GCMS-Canada.ca is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances or if a significant error occurs on our part, we will review such cases individually. Any resolution, including the possibility of a refund, will be at the sole discretion of GCMS-Canada.ca management.

Therefore when the payment is refunded, the third party will not return the fees that has been charged for the transaction.
